Pinel & Pinel Luxury Standup Arcade Machines

Remember Pinel & Pinel's previous travel trunk entertainment centers, with their tech-rich features hidden inside large travel trunks? The luxury brand is back, appealing to our childhood dreams of owning a standup cabinet arcade machine (specifically Mister Do or Rally X), with a bit of fancy-pants adult detailing, such as calfskin upholstery and a 1080p display, an update for us kids who never grew up (but apparently turned out very, very rich).

51 exterior colours, 60 retro-gaming titles, 1080p LCD display, and an iPod/iPhone compatible premium sound system make for one expensive arcade machine. Starting at $13,700, to be exact. We imagine if you want next game, like back in the days during our Street Fighter II years, you'd have to place a 24-karat gold coin to get into the action. Considering the price, we'd be more apt to make our own DIY sit down, head-to-head version and enjoy playing games from this decade rather than a few decades past. But to each their own!
